Additionally featured in this latest document drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a key identifying distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
